Qualification requirements( for all Teaching Roles ):

PhD and First-Class Master’s Degree in related field.

10, 7, 5 years of teaching/industry/research experience for Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor respectively.

1. Professor /Associate Professor / Assistant Professor – Research & Business Analytics

Most businesses are embracing higher levels /granularity of data, to enhance the understanding and design of the value chain , including the end-use r of the product/service . Business Analytics requires analytical thinking , to be applied on raw and filtered data.

The Program is focused on developing skilled professionals ,who can identify business problems , analyse big data to enable them to provide actionable insights for decision making. The program has practical and theory focus , to raise the competence of students in understanding of data analysis. Students are guided to focus on problem solving , using different lenses. Students have access to IBM-SPSS, besides free source Python, R, Tableau. . Students are facilitated to enhanced their ability to learn, higher versatility in understanding of business situation & the right analytical tools and techniques. Students are trained to make sense of the real environment, through immersive study and intense analysis of available facts and data.

We would prefer candidates , who possess prior teaching experience in the above areas of expertise, and is versatile in the use of a wide variety of technology tools and platforms. Understanding of information design, transformation of data into intuitive info graphics and visual analytics solutions will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate would be a hands on person , who has Design sensibilities, and enjoys pursuing strategic and innovative solutions . He/she should be very comfortable in dealing with data , generate insight and effectively present.

2. Professor /Associate Professor / Assistant Professor – E-Business

The E-Business programme is a unique course, customized to keep focus on the critical role that Technology plays in all the aspects of human life. Various Technological advances have altered and disrupted the business world as well. E Commerce has changed consumer interface and has multiplied omni channels for products & services .

This Program prepares future-ready digital professionals, who understand the nuts and bolts of E-Commerce. It is imperative that Business Managers are sensitive and prepared to use E-Commerce to their advantage and in turn ,excel in their roles and responsibilities.

The transformative pedagogy includes lectures, on-field industrial projects( industries including Retail, Lifestyle, Consumer Technology & Hospitality) and research experience through industry internships besides providing premium knowledge & skills of general management. In-house Faculty experts and those drawn from the Industry provide the students with high quality relevant content. ( Organisations who are our partners , include Rediffmail.com, Shopify, IBM, DBS Bank, Aditya Birla, Shaadi.com, FlipKart, KPMG, RemitGuru.com, NSEIT Ltd. and Accenture.)

We are looking for a seasoned senior professional, who has a combination of competencies, in the broad space of e-Commerce, Digital Marketing, e-Business, & Digital Transformation , We require applicants to have demonstrated skills in one or more of the following: ability to demonstrate relevant tool kits:
• Digital Marketing:( including SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, integration of CRM, Web listening, sentiment analysis, social media and content marketing, marketing automation (campaign management tools)
• App Development: (including development of Web-based applications , Mobile app development, Low/No-Code development)
• Automation: Developing chatbots, Process Automation using RPA, Intelligent automation using contemporary RPA tools
• Analytics and AI: Tableau/MS-PowerBI, Python, Business Analytics concepts and algorithms, Machine Learning
• Artificial Intelligence: Advanced Machine learning, Big Data (hadoop) Narrow AI applications, Artificial Neural Networks, Developing AI applications, Deep Learning.
• Other Future Technologies: AR/VR, IOT

It would be an added advantage if the selected candidate has demonstrated the ability to access the above technologies & tools from subscription based cloud platforms and virtual labs.

3. Professor /Associate Professor / Assistant Professor – Business Design

Design Thinking is the designers’ work processes that can help in systematically extract, teach, learn and apply the human-centred techniques to so lve problems in a creative and innovative way (designs per se, Business models, Countries, & even our lives

With Businesses striving to achieve a competitive edge in their space, there is a growing need for cross-disciplinary learning. Design and Management come out as one of the best partners whereby applying design principles to management, organizations are able to bring new value and innovation. Therefore, business managers today, need to learn more from the open-minded, human-centered approach that of a designer in order to be able to provide the required expertise in the Design-Management partnership.

We School has leaned on the approach of Hasso-Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford,(also known as d.school.) in terms of the approach for applying and teaching Design Thinking. The five phases of Design Thinking, according to d.school, are Empathise, Define, Ideate, prototype & test solutions.

Professionals with a good academic background in any discipline of Design Thinking/Design of Business/Architecture and similar creative disciplines. Alternatively, the right candidate must have valuable and demonstrated experience in ethnographic and qualitative research, customer experience, new product or service launch or specialist roles such as Design thinking/Innovation champions, UX etc ame a few but not restricted to these.

The right candidate would be one who has set up new business(es) or demonstrated the ability to drive an enterprise wide change. In this context, students should be influenced and inspired to adopt the innovation mind-set and/or design a business and/or change management in established organisations. It is also necessarty that he/she has the knowledge and experiences, in deploying emerging and future technologies.

The selected candidate would be expected to create the intended class room & student experiences, include generation of new ideas, thought processes, new and creative experiences . This would ensure contemporariness of the learning contents, with the best in class standards and organisation practices.

It would be important for the selected candidate, to possess the competence to redesign learning of core management courses , applying integrative understanding & innovation principles. A research bent of mind will be a topping on the above , that will enable thought leadership within the Program.

4. Professor /Associate Professor / Assistant Professor – Rural Management (Emerging Economies)

PGDM-Rural Management (Emerging Economies) program has stemmed from the need of the corporate sector for Managers/future leaders who have a deep under standing and premium knowledge about the rural sector of India in terms of the needs and aspirations, lifestyle, culture and beliefs of the people residing in the smaller towns and villages. A person, who is empathetic, has leadership qualities and has an innovative mindset so that s/he is able to think out of the box to correctly identify with the problems and then find ingenious solutions to the problems faced by the rural sector.

The program seeks to groom students who, not only protect the rights of the persons living in the rural areas, but also empower them by creating access to advancements in technology, markets and other opportunities that the urban population has. They do this while assuming a role either as a Corporate Executive, NGO representative or an Entrepreneur.

We are looking out for a person with Rural Management background from premium institute like IRMA, HIMB, KASRM with 8-14 years of industry experience in the banking (rural and agri finance)/ FMCG/Agri business space.

5. Head – Executive Education

We are looking for a seasoned senior professional, who has a combination of competencies , ie: great networks in the Industry ecos-system, aware of contemporary Management and Business Practices, a flair for academics beides the ability head this function & lead a team of Managers, who have functional and industry vertical responsibilities, delivery of high quality performance enhancement Programs & interventions besides ensuring strategic differentiation and sustainable revenue streams.

The ideal candidate will be a professional with PG management qualification with excellent communication skills, savvy at Social media marketing, conceptualising sales strategy, CRM, branding, coupled with technology, ability to quickly understand the client's needs and constraints and design programs, develop study materials, select case studies, and right faculty from the external and internal team of specialists and ensure delivery and total customer satisfaction.

6. Vice President – Marketing / General Manager-Marketing (Mumbai)

We have a challenging role for a senior Marketing professional, who would be responsible for the entire spectrum of Marketing & Business Development a ctivities, enveloping Management Development Programs, Two year full-time PGDM Programs & the Diploma stream as well.

The ideal candidate would be a seasoned senior professional, who has a combination of competencies , ie: networks in the Industry/Eco-system, understanding of student community pools and the expertise of unlocking the potential & best student pools & funnelling them in the Student selection process every year.

The role demands acumen of conceptualizing and implementing innovative ideas, in a very dynamic stakeholder system.. This includes crafting and executing the Business plan, generating leads , meet revenue goals, besides having the hand on the steering wheel, in terms of monitoring, reviewing, reporting & improving on the marketing initiatives & related results. The Plan would have to be competitively differentiated, and enable the sales strategies to access deeper market penetration.

We are looking for a seasoned leader, who possesses drive, motivation, and granularity in approach to details, with respect to revenue and costs/spends. The right candidate should have been immersed in 15-20 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Higher Education sector, including understanding the nature of competition from other premier institutions/ brands, in India or across the globe.

7. General Manager / Deputy General Manager / Senior Manager – Career Management Centre (Executive & Summer Placements)

The position responsible for ddeveloping and nurturing industry connect, towards the higher order purpose of enhanced fit between our students and the ir future corporate employers. It includes, active reaching out to senior Industry leaders, influencers, Trade & Business Associations across Industry sectors, towards widening and deepening the eco -system of relationships. The selected candidate would have to mobilize Student Placement Councils, students at large, towards participation and achieving excellence in a variety of campus placement based promotional initiatives.

Candidates should , have an innovative approach, willing to take new challenges, good teaming , able to work independently and coordinate effectively with all stakeholders.

8. Manager – Public Relations (PR) : Mumbai campus

Public Relations (PR) is one of the most important elements of marketing and communication. The position is expected to interact with various stakehol ders of the institute to feature program specific articles, gathering news and feature information within the institute, planning, drafting and writing press releases.

Responsible to foster a growth of the Institute which may translate into more students, better rankings, good placements and a high pedestal in the field of higher studies particularly among B Schools. Interact with the PR agency of the Institute, to ensure that all events and achievements get necessary media coverage. Candidate would be involved for collation of information and data for various B-School Ranking surveys which are conducted throughout the year by various magazines and research agencies, nationally.

9. Manager – Human Resources (Bengaluru Campus)

The position is responsible to make the work environment conducive for the staff. Facilitate and support the Institution's Business Strategy, enable t he achievement of the goals, build talent pipeline for succession/critical roles. The broad purpose is to attract, retain, and motivate the staff to achieve institute’s objective. Candidate would drive the recruitment process for the campus, conducting orientation, arranging & co-ordinating training programs for employees. Implement and administer performance management process as per the PMS policy and timelines. Knowledge and experience of the Higher Education Sector’s regulatory/statutory compliances and processes; Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

We are looking for the senior professional with Post graduate qualifications 7-10 years of relevant experience.

Candidate should be expert is handling above responsibilities while also being versatile in the use of a wide variety of Technology tools, Excellent employee relations, He/She would be expected to administer, problem solve, and ensuring HR operations are efficient, effective, and compliant. The selected candidate should possess a strong personality and be decisive.
