1) Degepeg Media Pvt Ltd – A start-up in the video communications and video commerce space
A a strategic consultant to Degpeg, I tried to solve the problem of Bluestar Ltd, the leading manufactures of A/cs which had challenges in Customer Service due to 1) downtime in service and spurious spare parts being used by the service engineers. By introducing live video call connect over mobile.
Through this deployment, Blue star was 1) able to service the customer faster as they could avoid some actual customer visits which and solve the same over video call over the phone and 2) the spare parts being changed was captured over a video call with the company and customer/service engineers authenticating it with the serial nos. mentioned on the box

Outcome This has led to 20% saving in cost of service and around 80,000 calls being generated month on month
