Brief Profile  

We invite applications from talented professionals, for the following positions, based at our Mumbai/Bengaluru Campuses.

1. Head – Management Development Center (MDC) – (Bengaluru)
The selected candidate would be responsible to promote the Institute’s Executive Education programs. The role would include identifying new Clients and strengthening Key Account Management with existing clientele, and develop higher levels of brand saliency-both locally and internationally. Post Graduates, preferably in Management, with 15-20 years experience in Corporate/Executive Education in reputed Management Institutes would be preferred. Key skills and abilities required savvy communication, commercial acumen, submitting bidding for large projects, planning & execution, relevant domain knowledge, besides outstanding networking.

2. Deputy General Manager–Administration & Human Resources – (Bengaluru)
The selected candidate would be responsible for the development and maintenance of of all Infrastructure assets, including Cafeteria, Safety,Health, Environment and security of the campus. You would also be responsible for the flawless execution of HR processes/systems and development programs. He/She would be expected to administer, problem solve, and ensuring HR operations are efficient, effective, and compliant. The selected candidate should possess a strong personality and be decisive. Knowledge and experience of the Higher Education Sector’s regulatory/statutory compliances and processes is necessary.

Post-Graduation degree in HR is essential, with a minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience. Candidates with defence / security background, Kannada speaking, would be preferred.

3. Registrar - (Mumbai)
The selected candidate would be responsible for liaising with Statutory & Regulatory bodies, i.e. UGC/AICTE/DTE etc. He/she must possess excellent written and spoken communication skills, proficiency in usage of Internet, MS Office tools, working through E- enabled portals and platforms of regulatory authorities, besides being comfortable with Technology. We are looking for a highly experienced person, excellent team player and adaptable/open to emerging requirements of the Institution. Candidate must possess a Postgraduate degree, from a reputed Institute/University, with 12-15 years of experience in supervision, administration and operational functions

4. Manager-Legal – (Mumbai)
The selected candidate will ensure that legal matters of the Institute are managed efficiently and effectively,maintain appropriate communication with relevant stakeholders, besides offering considered legal advice /guidance/counsel. He/she should be able to assess the situation, generate and evaluate legal options , provide sound solutions, while ensuring the protection of the legal rights of the institute. The role would include drafting and vetting different types of commercial contracts- - property, license, non-disclosure agreements,, settlement deeds, IPR , tender documents, preparing Affidavits, Indemnity Bonds, Power of Attorneys and related documents.

He/She would be also responsible for handling arbitration matters and civil suits before various courts of law , also including liaison with relevant and competent authorities for effective disputes’ handling... Applicant should possess a Bachelor Degree / Masters in Law (LLB/LLM), with at least 5 to7 years of relevant work experience, in the domain.

5. Psychologists (Part-time) (Mumbai/Bengaluru)
Applications are invited from senior psychologist counselors, with 5-6 years’ experience, who have worked as Life coach / Executive coach for Corporate Managers/other clients / students.

The selected candidate would be responsible for assessment, diagnosis and counseling of post graduate students who are challenged with psychological, psycho-social and/or psychiatric issues.. He/She would develop and implement students’ treatment plans, including maintaining written reports on those seeking counseling (nature, type, frequency, intensity, and duration) - by engaging in confidence with students. The goal of the engagement would be to assist the student in gaining insights, defining goals, and planning action to achieve effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment.

The role includes, when required, referring students to Psychiatrists, other specialists, support services.
The selected s role holder would contribute to the development of the enhanced mental health well-being through appropriate strategies, conduct of awareness programs/workshops/sessions, while ensuring collaborative working with internal and external stakeholders of the Institute.

The ideal candidate would possess a 2 year full-time Master’s degree in Counselling/Clinical Psychology from an accredited university, with counseling experience in a Higher Education environment.
