Held responsible roles in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, HRD, OD, TQM and Manufacturing in a range of industries, both in India and overseas( including a nine year stint with Marico ,where he was the first HR professional to be job rotated as Manufacturing Head -Marico's Palakkad Plant. His last corporate role was Director- Human Resources with CHEP India Pvt Ltd ( a Brambles Company).
