Mr. Satish K V is an award-winning strategic marketing and brand leader with over two decades of experience in building high-impact brands, driving business transformation, and delivering customer-centric marketing strategies across real estate, healthcare, retail, and corporate communications. Throughout his career, he has led transformational marketing initiatives, developed award-winning campaigns, and built strong brand ecosystems that have accelerated business growth and strengthened market leadership.

Widely recognized for conceptualizing India's first real estate brand film, Satish has played a pioneering role in redefining brand storytelling within the real estate sector. His expertise spans strategic marketing, brand management, integrated marketing communications, customer experience strategy, luxury brand positioning, digital marketing, media planning, public relations, corporate communications, and organizational branding, enabling organizations to build sustainable competitive advantage through customer-focused marketing.

Before transitioning into academia, he held senior marketing leadership positions with prominent organizations, including Adarsh Developers and Phoenix Mills. At Adarsh Developers, he led strategic marketing initiatives for large-scale residential and commercial developments and spearheaded the award-winning Adarsh Tropica campaign, which received the Times Now Business Award (2023). At Phoenix Mills, he played a key role in positioning Phoenix Kessaku among Bengaluru's premier luxury residential brands through strategic brand positioning, integrated marketing, customer engagement initiatives, and partnership development.

Currently serving as Assistant Professor – Marketing at Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research (WeSchool), Bengaluru, Satish brings extensive industry experience into management education. His teaching philosophy is built on experiential learning, industry relevance, strategic thinking, and consumer-centric decision-making. Through live business cases, industry insights, and practical applications, he mentors future marketing professionals in brand strategy, consumer behaviour, leadership communication, and customer experience while fostering critical thinking and innovation.

Satish holds a PGXPM from Great Lakes Institute of Management, has completed the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, the Executive Programme in Neuromarketing at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and the Faculty Development Programme (FDP) at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. He is currently pursuing his PhD at the Amrita School of Business, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Bengaluru, where his research focuses on Nudge Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, and Behavioural Science.

His professional contributions have been recognized through several prestigious honours, including the IMA South Award for Brand Film Excellence, the Times Now Business Award, and multiple Brand Vikram Awards from the Advertising Club Bangalore. Through his work in academia, research, consulting, and industry, Satish continues to contribute to the advancement of marketing practice, leadership development, and customer-focused organizational excellence.
