Prof. Ketna L. Mehta has over 19 years of industry and consulting experience in Marketing. Her industry experience covers The Times of India & Blue Dart Express. She has edited Management, Quality and Consulting related publications for BMA (Bombay Management Association) Review, NCQM (National Centre of Quality Management) and IMCI (Institute of Management Consultants of India). She is the editor of Welingkar Research Journal and spearheads all research activities for students and faculty. She has to her credit over 25 research papers in the various fields of management and presented the same at national and international conferences. She has taught Research Methodology, Consumer Behaviour, Business Policy, Services and Social Marketing over the years. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Welingkar in association with SNDT College. She is Founder Trustee of Nina Foundation & edits "e;One Word - Voice of Paraplegics"e;
