S.P. Mandali’s Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research (WeSchool) invites applications from prospective candidates for the admission to its Post Graduate Program in Entrepreneurship (PGP- Entrepreneurship) 2018.
Who should apply: The program is ideal for first and second generation entrepreneurs, SME owners from diverse industry sectors and individuals interested in starting their own business.
Eligibility: Graduates from any stream from a recognized University, someone who runs a business or is an active member of the family business. Women successors of family businesses are most welcome.
About the Program
The program is strategized to complete in a duration of 11 months, dividing in two semesters. The structure is based on AAA (Acquisition, Application, and Assimilation of Knowledge) model identical to Harvard Business School. The course directs entrepreneurs to enhance their professional skills, conduct and expand their business as well as equips upcoming entrepreneurs for new business projects. It guides their path to utilize their potential to maximum capacity and get innovative ideas for their business. Another significant aspect is it invites women who administer already established businesses.
Some Highlights of the program
- The program offers insights to carve a way to success in family business through interactive sessions, practical tips on business structure, diversification and growth strategy.
- A Parent interaction session is held every semester to impart knowledge the students have gained through their learnings.
- Personality development & self-discovery lab sessions are organized where highly qualified experts are invited to enlighten the participants.
- Global Outreach Program is planned every year for one week in Japan to showcase global perspectives of business from elite companies.
Duration:
11 months of classroom sessions. Classes will be held for 7 days a month, leaving time to attend business and apply their understanding practically.
Under the mentorship and direction of top rated faculty members, students absorb and integrate knowledge from the classroom to business world. It happens every Saturday. By the end, the participants have acquired the knowledge for formulating a strong base for their organization.
