The main objective of the discussion was to know what a rural manager in an emerging economy should be familiar with, new business models as well as information, skills and abilities that will be necessary during the following five years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Event Description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Rural Alumni Conclave 2022 was held on Saturday, 26th November, 2022, and the topic of discussion was Enabling Future Rural Business Leaders. At the WeSchool campus, alumni from many industries gathered to talk about a variety of topics, including job possibilities, digital marketing, agricultural technology change, and sustainability. They discussed the relationship between agriculture and food, with Indias food supply being the primary concern. The alumni also talked about how ESG will continue to be relevant as a key market factor. Welingkars plans to improve the future and help companies implement ESG through technology were mentioned. Keeping a work-focused mindset, being engaged and dedicated to ones profession, completing various courses, being bold in ones approach, and understanding everything well were discussed as ways to bridge the gap between corporate offices and campuses. Our sincere gratitude to our renowned Alumni who inspired us by participating in the conclave with enthusiasm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
