It introduces them to the fundamentals of communication skills and provides examples of how they might be used in the workplace. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Furthermore the course assists students in understanding and specific focus on meetings, discussion, interview and negotiation as well as strategies for excelling in them.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><strong>The objective of the session:-<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. To impart communication skills required at the workplace.\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. To recognize and use different styles of communication to make managerial decisions.\u00a0 <br \/>3.
