Dispatch system<\/strong> In case, a student comes personally to the institute for admission, the study material kit consisting of books and cds is given\u00a0 to\u00a0 him on the spot . Also, all his online facilities get activated automatically from the same moment. In case, a student sends application form through courier, study material kit is sent to him within 24 hours of receipt of application documents. Also, he receives SMS communication about his admission and roll number.<\/p>\n

Administrative response<\/strong> The institute has a dedicated team to respond to all queries received from current as well as prospective students. In fact, as soon as a student joins the programs, he gets all his exam dates , lecture dates and other information from the very first moment of joining.\u00a0 A student can contact the institute through phone or mail.\u00a0 Additionally, there is a facility through website, wherein, a student can refer all sms as well as email communication sent to his batch for any time period.<\/p>\n

Virtual classrooms<\/strong> WeSchool has pioneered many new concepts in distance education to enhance the convenience and flexibility of the programs, one of which is two-way audio visual Virtual Classroom Facility \u2013 where students can see, hear and participate in live lectures and clarify their doubts through online discussions with professors. The institute conducts live lecture sessions from its campus studio. Students availing of the VCF can attend these lectures using a computer from their residence. They also participate in live questions and answer sessions to resolve academic queries and participate in live quiz tests during the lecture to gauge their knowledge and understanding. whereas for the one year \u2013six months courses, lectures are conducted in evenings on weekdays and full day on weekends<\/p>\n

Interactive learning material : <\/strong> In addition to the unique study material, WeSchool provides audio-visual CDs for all subjects. The CDs have been aesthetically designed to make the learning experience a powerful one. These lecture CDs contain 15-20 hours of audio-visual lectures along with a number of presentations and practice tests for self learning. In addition to the CDs, e-learning content for all the subjects are uploaded online and can be viewed by the students anytime, anywhere<\/p>\n

Personal contact programs<\/strong> The Institute conducts Personal Contact Programs for first and second semester students four times a year prior to the midterm as well as end semester examinations for the first year. Presently, the contact programs are conducted at Mumbai .. The Personal Contact Program will last for about 6 days each semester. During this period, a minimum of 7 hours per subject will be covered in a classroom environment. During PCP, entire portion is not covered, but major concepts are explained. The PCP is optional but highly recommended since they encourage peer interaction amongst the students and provide opportunity to clarify doubts related to the curriculum.<\/p>\n

Exams<\/strong> The two years\u2019 Post Graduate. Programs are divided into four semesters each of six months. During every semester, students are required to appear for two rounds of exams.\u00a0 They are called as midterm and end term exams.\u00a0 These exams are online with multiple choice questions pattern. Students are given around twenty days of time, during which they can appear for exams as per their convenience from Aptech centers near their houses additionally, students are also required to submit a project report of 200 marks in their final semester.<\/p>\n

Project\/Assignments<\/strong> During last semester, every student has to prepare a project report which carries 200 marks. Students are given around 15-20 topics related to their specialisation along with detailed guidelines for preparation of the project. This project preparation forces them to go through a structured research process involving data collection, preparation and presentation stages<\/p>\n
