The theme for the conclave was \u201cEnvisaging Future Rural Business Leaders\u201d. The objective of the conclave was to understand what a rural manager in an emerging economy should be familiar with, new business models as well as information, skills and abilities that will be necessary to succeed in the next 5 years.<\/p>\n<p>The conclave gave an opportunity to gather alumni from diverse industries at WeSchool campus to discuss a range of issues, including career opportunities, digital marketing technological transformation in agriculture, and sustainability.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-7898\" href=\"https:\/\/www.welingkar.org\/blogs\/rural-realm-alumni-conclave-2022\/dscf6321-2\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-7898\" title=\"DSCF6321\" src=\"https:\/\/www.welingkar.org\/blogs\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/DSCF63211-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.welingkar.org\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/DSCF63211-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.welingkar.org\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/DSCF63211-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.welingkar.org\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/DSCF63211-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.welingkar.org\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/DSCF63211-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.welingkar.org\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/DSCF63211-2048x1365.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>There were various topics of discussions like, Agriculture and food being interconnected with India&#8217;s food supply being the biggest issue &amp; what kind of action the government should take in investing and developing the rural sector. Also how by utilizing AI and ML for KCC\u00a0(Kisan Credit Card)\u00a0debt collection, banks are succeeding in the rural area.<\/p>\n<p>The Alumni also\u00a0discussed the sustainability of ESG as it becomes a fundamental market criterion.
