Welingkar Institute of Management Development &amp; Research, (WeSchool) celebrated the International YOGA Day on 21<sup>st<\/sup> June, 2022 in association with Vivekanand Kendra, Dadar. Around 50 staff and faculty members participated in the YOGA day celebration which commenced at 8:30am. The YOGA session was conducted by the members of Vivekanand Kendra, Shri. Mohan P. Ranade, Sampark Pramukh and their Yoga instructors Mrs. Swati Kulkarni and Mrs. Dipti Mhaskar.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-7785\" href=\"https:\/\/www.welingkar.org\/blogs\/yoga-day-celebration-at-prin-l-n-welingkar-institute-of-management-development-research\/1-35\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-7785\" title=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.welingkar.org\/blogs\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/1-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-7786\" title=\"WhatsApp Image 2022-06-24 at 11.14.58 AM\" src=\"https:\/\/www.welingkar.org\/blogs\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-06-24-at-11.14.58-AM-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/>Shri Mohan Ranade shared insights about the Vivekananda Kendra and the importance of Yoga. He also spoke about the recognition and acceptance that Yoga has received internationally. Mrs. Dipti Mhaskar demonstrated the various postures of Yoga throughout the session and Mrs. Swati Kulkarni show the participants the 12 steps of Surya Namaskar, which they followed after her.
