During these days,\u00a0students explored, reflected and assimilated their learning.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Centred around the theme, NEEV 2020 presented a bouquet of diverse experiences, engaging talks by industry leaders, workshops, viz. Virtual Industry Immersion, and insightful grooming sessions, personal\/ professional development sessions that were highly engaging and interactive.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-7555\" href=\"https:\/\/www.welingkar.org\/blogs\/neev-2020-mumbai-week-one\/whatsapp-image-2020-09-01-at-14-43-27\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-7555\" src=\"https:\/\/www.welingkar.org\/blogs\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2020-09-01-at-14.43.27-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>Mumbai Campus:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><em>The theme for NEEV 2020 was building \u2018Resilience: &#8220;Aanamyata\u201d to Reboot, Reinvent &amp; Rebound.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> <\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Resilience is about a one\u2019s capability and capacity to gain knowledge, skills, and proficiency in the chosen professional stream. It increases our ability to adopt, adapt to change as well as identify opportunities in the midst of adversity.<\/p>\n<p>NEEV, built on \u2018Resilience: Reinvent, Reboot, Rebound\u2019 aimed to brace\u00a0our students to become a global mind-set leaders in any context- be it at\u00a0their future\u00a0workplace, family business or even while taking\u00a0their first steps into entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Week one highlights:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Introduction to\u00a0all PGDM Programs<\/em> at WeSchool &#8211; Retail, Business Design &amp; Innovation, Rural Management, Healthcare, Research and Business Analytics, Media and\u00a0Entertainment\u00a0and E-Biz shared the relevance of program in the\u00a0today&#8217;s context.<\/p>\n<p><em>Introduction to Operations Session<\/em> shared\u00a0 Resilience in life is important.-\u201cAn unbending tree is easily broken\u201d &#8211; Lao Tzu<\/p>\n<p><em>HR (Academics)<\/em> focused on the change in HR trends due to shift to \u201cThe Reality of Low Touch: Social Distancing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>Understanding of Basic Human Aspiration &amp; its Fulfilment Session<\/em> focused\u00a0on the importance of\u00a0 relationships with self and others over physical facilities.\u00a0\u201cSamaj, sambandh and suvidha\u201d or \u201cRight understanding of self, right understanding of relationship and physical facilities\u201d are all required for attaining happiness<\/p>\n<p><em>Nutrition &amp; Wellness session<\/em> on\u00a0\u00a0aimed at creating awareness about health &amp; well being in order to be safe &amp; productive with changing lifestyle due to pandemic.<\/p>\n<p><em>Entrepreneurship Institutional Innovation Council Session<\/em> shared\u00a0 examples of different\u00a0companies and ideas leveraged by alumni of We School and\u00a0 3 months We School Start-up Accelerator Program<\/p>\n<p><em>Sustainable Development Goals Session<\/em> discussed the 17\u00a0Sustainable Development Goals by UN for the future (2030)<\/p>\n<p><em>Virus, Vitality &amp; V: Building Muscles in the mind Session <\/em> talked about mental health as well as\u00a0physical health,\u00a0 shared\u00a0 Understanding is a two way road. When you expect your parents\/friends\u00a0to listen to you, you shall also ask them their problems once in a while and\u00a0 ERP &#8211; Exposure Response &amp; Pressure principle.<\/p>\n<p><em>Communication through Photography Session<\/em> was about\u00a0 how photography is an easiest\u00a0and interesting medium of art and its pros in one\u2019s life.\u00a0 Photography improves your observation skills and improves your\u00a0perspective to look things differently.\u00a0 It share that\u00a0Brain , Eyes , Imagination is what differentiates a photographer not his\u00a0camera.<\/p>\n<p><em>Creativity Session: Theatre, Drama &amp; The Creative Outlook\u00a0 Session<\/em> stated the importance of art and ways to implement it in one&#8217;s life.
