Mr Charu Sharma <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

On the second day of the fortnight \u00a0the new batch had an interesting session with Mr. Charu Sharma- a multi-sport television commentator and anchor. \u00a0Sharma is also known for India\u2019s biggest and most successful sporting revolution \u2013 the Pro Kabaddi League.<\/p>\n

In his address, he spoke about his passion for tennis.According to \u00a0Sharma \u2018Everything in Life\u2019 is connected\u2019; he advised the students to have a sound knowledge of their surroundings. They should be \u2018all rounder\u2019. It is imperative to broaden one\u2019s horizon . Inculcating diverse skills is good as versatility has its own charm.<\/p>\n

While speaking of success \u2013 he told the audience that \u2018money\u2019 does not define success \u00a0which in fact \u00a0is too abstract a phenomenon to be defined and qualified, but we know when it happens. A very distinct trait of a successful person, as he shared, \u00a0is \u00a0 the ability to give oneself \u00a0up to the cause on hand.\u00a0Advising the students \u00a0to keep negativity at bay, he asked them to have \u00a0 positive attitude \u00a0with radiant personality which can always be developed. He also underlined the importance of team-spirit. A volley of questions was showered on him which he happily answered.<\/p>\n

Mr Nakul Shenoy <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The second session of the day transported them \u00a0to the realm \u00a0of magic. It was an interactive session with \u00a0Nakul Shenoy – a \u00a0famous mind reader, magical entertainer and corporate speaker from Bangalore. Shenoy is a multi-faceted personality: a communication scientist, a usability consultant holding patents, a user experience researcher and an entrepreneur. His \u00a0session started \u00a0with \u00a0\u2018The Secrets of Persuasive Communication\u2019 and Rubik Cube. Speaking briefly about his foray into the world of magic\/mind reading and his interest in magic, he shared how, in his early years he developed an interest in the same after reading the comic \u2013 Mandrake.He was fascinated by the subject and pursued the subject by reading on the same, parallely attending numerous magic shows in the country. This helped him to enhance his knowledge on \u2018Magic\u2019 and offered him an opportunity to interact with other well considered magicians. In the process, he developed his own style of magic.<\/p>\n

He also advised students to follow\/develop a hobby and to learn multitasking in one\u2019s life.\u00a0Shenoy also emphasized the importance of \u2018body-language\u2019 in his talk and told the student how material \u00a0it is to understand the same. It was followed by game on mind reading \u00a0with \u00a0the audience \u2013 faculty and students and he left them all enthralled by his act.<\/p>\n
