Women have come a long way from being encouraged to be a ‘proper’ housewife to leading the powerhouses of the world. Facebook, Yahoo, Pepsico, Hewlett-Packard owe their money-making strategies to women CEOs\u00a0 and COOs who are as qualified (and sometimes more!) as their male counterparts.
