Prof. Roopa has an Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecommunications and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, she has been in the training & education field since the last 5 yrs and prior to this she has had a brief stint with corporate training during her 4 years stay in USA.

For 4 years she had been working with ICFAIs management institute as Faculty & Soft Skills trainer for MBA students and specifically handling Placement training and Personality Development. She worked for more than a year with Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Bangalore as the Officer-MDP & Consulting, She was also a visiting faculty at SIBM Bangalore, for the PGDM students and taught them the subject of "Training & Development".

She has a flair for writing poetry and articles, a lot of which have been published in Bangalores local newspapers and websites.

Her article on Finance, named "Organization Cultures Role in Mergers & Acquisitions" has also been published with ICFAI Readers July,08 publication.

She has successfully conducted various Knowledge development workshops in local colleges in Bangalore and has given presentations on topics like "Personality Development" in Job fairs and Career boutiques in Bangalore.

She is certified in the "Train the trainer" module of Dale Carnegie Institute. Her forte lies in training in the areas of Grooming, Body Language, Resume making, Group discussions and Interview Skills.
